Synopsis

Marie, 80, is fed up with her illness. She has a plan: to go to Switzerland to end her life. But when it’s time to tell Bruno, her irresponsible son, and Anna, her granddaughter in teenage crisis, she panics and invents a huge lie. Pretending that she has a mysterious inheritance to collect from a Swiss bank, she suggests that they take a trip together. An unwitting accomplice in this charade, Rudy, a home help she met the day before, will take the wheel of the old family camper van and drive the family on an unexpected journey.
