Synopsis

Hans, a school principal who is about to retire, treats his wife Rita more like a guest in her life. Their son has long since left home, and their long-standing marriage follows a well-rehearsed routine, with Rita calling the shots. And if it were up to her, there’s no reason to change anything. In fact, she doesn’t like change. The new tiles in the bathroom are just the beginning of something that’s causing Rita great concern.
